Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization
  • Design and create UI/UX mock-ups for interactive and visually engaging data
    dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to understand data visualization
    requirements and translate them into clean, user-friendly designs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups for dashboards
  • Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and consistency with established design principles.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented effectively, maintaining design integrity.
• UX / UI Design
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies,
    especially related to data visualization.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure designs align with business objectives and user needs.
• Graphics Design
  • Web and Mobile
    • Create visual designs for Web and Mobile solutions
    • Ensure responsive, modern, and brand-aligned UI experiences.
  • Social Media Creatives
    • Design graphics for LinkedIn posts
    • All the aspects related to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc….
    • Ensure design consistency and scalability across digital platforms and branding touchpoints
  • Videos
  • Website Visuals and Creatives
• Branding

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing data dashboard designs, web/mobile UIs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in translating complex data into understandable visualizations.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with knowledge of responsive design.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile or other iterative design processes.
• Experience in user research and testing.
• Experience in creating graphics for social media, website content, and web/mobile app interfaces.
